A friend recommended I do more reels on Instagram and speed them up 1000x at one minute clips. I have been doing some of those to feature less significant art in process, but when there is a more significant painting just getting it down to less than five minutes is great!
Instagram handles audio music and video differently from YouTube, and I felt this piece would feature better to share in that platform. Some may remember when I finished this artwork in 2023 I had done a different blog piece about the creative process, and the video I made was much longer. I spent a lot of editing time on this today and really enjoy how it came out!
I would love to get some feedback on the use of reels and videos to promote my artwork, and what you like about it or what I might improve!
Also, I would really love to find a “forever” home for this lovely piece. If you know of someone who might be musical and might have interest, please do let them see this. I could envision it in a home, office or other school/musical setting.
